The first step that we recommend you take in the home selling process is to get in touch with our team! Getting in touch with us before you begin the process is important, as we have connections to help get your home prepared for listing, can help you set expectations for pricing and more that can sometimes occur during the contract/listing period.

Step 2: Get Your Home Ready

When you’re prepared to sell your home, it’s essential to take the proper steps to make sure that it’s looking its best and is in the right condition for showing potential buyers! They say that first impressions matter, and we believe this 100%! We can help you prepare your home and give you experienced advice on what buyers are looking for.

Step 3: Schedule Photos

When you work with us, professional photos are a must! When we post your home online and market it through our various channels, we want your home to stand out from the rest. We hire a professional photographer to take photos of your home and they’ll make your home “pop” as we want potential buyers to fall in love with your home before they even see it in person!

Step 4: Determine Pricing

Pricing is a big step in the listing process as it can determine how quickly your home might sell. If you list it too high, you might miss out on the perfect buyer, but at the same time, you want to maximize the amount of money that you get for your home and not leave anything on the table! Hiring a professional real estate team that’s experienced in pricing can help you maximize the dollar amount you receive for your home while also making sure that we don’t have your home sit on the market for too long.

Step 6: Negotiate Offers

When you’re at this stage, it’s important to have an experienced, professional team that’ll negotiate on your behalf.

Step 7: Step Back & Relax

During the closing process, we’ll take care of the majority of things and make sure that the title company and every party involved has everything they need.

Step 8: Close on your home

At this stage in the process, you’ll sign the paperwork and
