Interested in buying a home?

The home buying process can be a complicated process, unless you’re working with a seasoned real estate team to make the process as easy as possible.

Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer or a seasoned homeowner, buying a home can be a large investment of your time, money, and energy, and you don’t want to take this lightly. It’s important to hire a professional, resourceful team that makes the home buying process stress-free and as simple as possible.

This is the second time we have used Diana and her daughters for a Real Estate transaction in Oklahoma. The attention to detail and services they provide to their customers is outstanding and above and beyond other agents. The most impressive part is that during difficult negotiations they were able to ensure a path to a great resolution and an agreement. Top notch agents!

Our Process

Step 1: Get Pre-Qualified

The first step that we recommend you take in the home buying process is to get in touch with a mortgage lender and get pre-qualified for a certain home price. If you need help with finding a lender, we have a list of lenders who we personally recommend!

Step 2: Create Your List of Wants/Needs

After getting pre-qualified, it’s important to identify your list of wants/needs for your home.

Step 3: Get in Touch with Us

When you’re pre-qualified and have a list of things you want with your home, it’s time to get in touch with us to set up a home search for your dream home.

Step 4: Start Looking at Houses

After we’ve created a search of homes for what you’re looking for, we’ll begin looking at homes and showing you homes until you find the home of your dreams.

Step 5: Submit Your Offer

Once we’ve found your perfect home, we’ll prepare an offer on your terms and submit it to the listing agent.

Step 6: Inspect the Home and Negotiate Repairs

Once you go under contract, you’ll have a professional inspector inspect your home for any major issues and we’ll negotiate and request repairs based on what you’re looking for and need.

Step 7: Final Walkthrough

The day before you close on your home, we’ll do a final walkthrough of your new home to make sure that the home is in the same condition as when you looked at it initially.

Step 8: Close on your Home

This is an exciting day for you. You’ll sign the paperwork, get the keys, and become the owner of your new home!
